Technical Support Engineer
Location: Bydgoszcz
Responsibilities:
- Analysis, diagnosis and neutralization of problems in the customer’s messaging systems/platforms
- Customer ticket resolution (Remote Technical Support) taking into account the individual service level agreements
- Work on live network, mainly remotely
- Definition of workarounds
- Plan and perform testing of new software in lab environment followed by controlled introduction into customer live network
- Perform Emergency Support covering 24×7 network outage restoration /on calls
- Maintain interfaces with customer’s technical personnel ensuring smooth information flow about reported problems and their resolution status as well as other activities with customer

Specific additional information:
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in computer science, engineering or telecommunications
- At least 2+ years of experience in Technical Support (supporting products running on Unix/Linux server) will be an advantage
- Unix/Linux knowledge
- SS7, TCP IP, , VoIP knowledge
- Solaris OS knowledge
- Fluent English
